  • Do I have ownership of my content?

    Once the project is complete and final payment has been received, you will have full ownership of the final deliverables included in your branding package—this typically covers your logo, brand assets, and any designs we've finalized.

    Please note that working files (like editable Illustrator) and any unused concepts remain the property of Kassandra Campbell Design, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • What if I don’t like the first concept?

    That’s okay! You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback, and revisions are part of the process. My approach is collaborative and built to evolve with your vision. I don’t charged for revision unless you’ve signed the final approval document and files have been exported.

  • What’s included in a branding package?

    Each package varies, but most include a primary logo, alternate logos, a brand color palette, font selections, and a brand style guide. Some packages also include social media templates, business cards, and other marketing materials.
